- Recruit key talents in alignment with organizational needs.
- Oversee the integration process for new hires.
- Advise and challenge managers as a true HR Business Partner in team development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Contribute to organizational evolution discussions and their operational implementation.
- Provide advice and support in resolving issues, performance management, interpersonal conflicts, and HR policy-related matters.
- Deploy performance evaluation reviews and associated salary reviews across the scope, adhering to Group processes under the HR Director's guidance.
- Monitor evaluation feedback to anticipate action needs.
- Ensure proactive talent management through identifying development opportunities and implementing validated succession plans.
- Manage careers and internal mobility within Samaritaine and LVMH.
- Individually track each employee's development plan in alignment with HR-approved actions.
- Implement HR policy on the ground, supporting business objectives and challenges.
- Assist managers in understanding HR issues related to their organization and teams by providing expertise and advice.
- Participate in the creation of Group and legal reports, and monitor key company indicators.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources
- Minimum of 8 years of confirmed experience, preferably in the retail sector
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Operational approach to the profession with a proactive mindset
- Autonomous with a strong sense of priorities and service, demonstrating assertiveness and influence
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships

- Project management capabilities
A minimum of 8 years of confirmed experience in Human Resources, preferably within the retail sector.
Advanced degree in Human Resources (Bac +5)
