Coach Manager, Omni Operations & Inventory Systems

- Own the ongoing management and continuous development of core inventory systems: MIMS (inventory management), PCS (shipment management/tracking), Datascan (physical inventory) and Nedap (RFID).
- Define business requirements for system enhancements in partnership with Inventory Control, IT and cross‑functional stakeholders; ensure channel and country variations are addressed.
- Lead testing, training, documentation, communication and procedural updates for all system changes and new implementations.
- Manage pilot programs and coordinate rollout timelines for new technologies, partnering with vendors and internal business partners to secure alignment.
- Act as project manager for New Store Openings (NSO), renovations, relocations and closings — coordinating corporate partners, Field Leadership and store teams; own timelines, communications and role clarity.
- Review store floor plans with Architecture and Visual Merchandising to optimize POS/cash wrap placement, backroom layout and storage capacity for new projects.
- Initiate systems setup for new sites with EIM, IT and HR, ensuring operational readiness prior to recruiting and training.
- Manage LMS setup and updates for projects, collaborating with data owners and training teams.
- Plan and execute physical inventory events biannually, coordinating Inventory Control, Allocation, Loss Prevention, Field Leadership and Datascan; manage timelines, training and process refinements.
- Develop and maintain NSO process documentation, checklists and communication strategies; capture feedback and institute continuous improvement.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, surface opportunities and drive operational improvements; maintain a communication calendar for recurring activities and system updates.
- Support on‑site execution of events such as the Store Manager Conference and contribute to Store Operations initiatives as needed; be available for urgent after‑hours issues on occasion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects and leading or developing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong overall systems literacy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in retail operations, inventory management or systems implementation. Experience leading cross‑functional projects and managing or developing a team is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant combinations of education and experience will be considered.
