1. Model and enforce sales strategies and operational processes to achieve business objectives.
2. Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
4. Serve as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
5. Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
6. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
7. Maintain store standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
8. Recruit and develop team members to enhance store performance.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong business acumen and adaptability.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in retail systems and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
5. Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $17.00 to $27.75 per hour.
