- Model and enforce sales strategies and operational processes to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Develop and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
- Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Maintain store standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Recruit and develop team members to enhance store performance.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $17.00 to $27.75 per hour.
