- Analyze consumer retail trends, market landscape, and competitive environment within the Coach SEAO region.
- Collaborate with Global and Greater China/Coach Asia/Coach International Merchandising Teams to align on seasonal strategies and priorities.
- Work with Global Merchandise Planning Team to develop growth strategies and increase SKU productivity.
- Engage in seasonal line reviews, highlighting selling trends and product gaps to influence future product creation.
- Identify gaps in merchandising assortment during the seasonal product opportunity process.
- Create consumer-focused assortments tailored to regional store profiles and VM space capacity.
- Analyze POS data to understand sell-through and identify pre-season and in-season opportunities.
- Partner with Retail Management to gather product feedback.
- Monitor competitors in terms of product offerings and pricing.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, B2B, franchise, or wholesale environments.
- Proven track record of buying/merchandising success in a multinational brand or company.
- Experience with merchandising/planning systems and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and macro building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to and communicating with upper management.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
3-5 years of experience in retail, B2B, franchise, or wholesale environments, with a proven track record in buying/merchandising for multinational brands.
BA/BS degree in merchandising, business, finance, economics, or supply chain.
