1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and customer service.
3. Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach standards.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
6. Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
7. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
8. Recruit and onboard new talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
2. Retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting)

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$22.00 to $30.50 Hourly
