Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
4. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Support in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
7. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
