Church's In-Store Operations Supervisor

- Oversee inventory management, including planning and executing stock takes and cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to inventory management policies and procedures, and communicate these to the store team.
- Supervise stock movement activities, including transfers, consignment, and repairs, while maintaining communication with the Logistics Store Operations team.
- Manage e-commerce operations to meet company KPIs and ensure delivery and packaging align with brand standards.
- Optimize space organization in the back of house to enhance productivity and product care.
- Communicate overstock concerns to Store Managers and the Store Operations team.
- Support stock-related activities and requests from various departments such as Marketing, PR, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising.
- Demonstrate and enforce knowledge of company procedures, policies, and corporate guidelines.
- Assist Store Managers in implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
- Provide ongoing training to store teams on updated policies and procedures, and support new operations projects.
- Ensure cash management policies are communicated and followed, and discrepancies are reported and documented.
- Oversee after-sales and repair processes to maintain service standards.
- Manage store maintenance, IT conditions, and health and safety compliance.
- Ensure security guidelines are followed to protect goods and people.
- Support team supervision by providing feedback to Store Managers and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the brand.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
- Flexible mentality and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and stock management systems, preferably SAP and Csphere.
Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
