1. Oversee inventory management, including planning and executing stock takes and cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
2. Ensure adherence to inventory management policies and procedures, and communicate these to the store team.
3. Supervise stock movement activities, including transfers, consignment, and repairs, while maintaining communication with the Logistics Store Operations team.
4. Manage e-commerce operations to meet company KPIs and ensure delivery and packaging align with brand standards.
5. Optimize space organization in the back of house to enhance productivity and product care.
6. Communicate overstock concerns to Store Managers and the Store Operations team.
7. Support stock-related activities and requests from various departments such as Marketing, PR, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising.
8. Demonstrate and enforce knowledge of company procedures, policies, and corporate guidelines.
9. Assist Store Managers in implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
10. Provide ongoing training to store teams on updated policies and procedures, and support new operations projects.
11. Ensure cash management policies are communicated and followed, and discrepancies are reported and documented.
12. Oversee after-sales and repair processes to maintain service standards.
13. Manage store maintenance, IT conditions, and health and safety compliance.
14. Ensure security guidelines are followed to protect goods and people.
15. Support team supervision by providing feedback to Store Managers and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
2. Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the brand.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
2. Flexible mentality and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and stock management systems, preferably SAP and Csphere.

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
