1. Serve as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
5. Execute the brand's selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store targets and KPIs.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships using Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
7. Address customer queries and provide after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
8. Ensure the sales floor and visual displays meet high standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
9. Adhere to company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the brand

Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
