Church's CRM Client Development & Experiences Intern

- Develop and implement CRM clienteling initiatives to enhance client interactions, store appointments, revenue, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Generate CRM insights to support and promote new commercial actions targeting specific customer segments.
- Assist the CRM Manager in identifying high-potential clients and developing strategies to engage them within the brand.
- Support stores in executing the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including creating presentations and training materials for store teams.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to coach stores on CRM KPIs, program compliance, data quality, and digital retail tools.
- Manage the Loyalty & Experiences Gifting Program and budget, executing initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
- Successful studies in business management.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discover innovative product solutions that deliver value.
- Energized by idea exchange and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required, but a background in business management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
