1. Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all operational procedures, ensuring alignment and timely support.
2. Guarantee efficient warehouse navigation and implement effective goods storage systems.
3. Ensure product care and protection in accordance with company guidelines.
4. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
5. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
6. Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service level requirements are met.
7. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and consignment products.
8. Ensure boutique operations are efficient, managing non-merchandise supplies such as stationery and uniforms.
9. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
10. Collaborate with local facilities for maintenance and cleaning operations.
11. Identify and report security and health & safety hazards, sharing concerns with the Store Manager.
12. Address in-store IT issues, escalating as necessary.
13. Supervise corporate mobile usage, ensuring devices and apps function correctly.
14. Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
15. Manage the flow of gifts and organize display/window objects.
16. Handle Prada Group staff clothing allowances.
17. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
18. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
19. Investigate system negatives promptly.
20. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
21. Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories with the Store Manager, adhering to company timelines to prevent losses.
22. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
23. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
24. Maintain relationships with providers.
25. Update and organize the archive monthly.
26. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
27. Supervise payment procedures and assist sales staff with problem resolution, involving the Store Manager if needed.
28. Support administrative activities such as petty cash and deposits.
