Church's Back of House Specialist

1. Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all operations procedures.
2. Ensure efficient warehouse navigation and goods storage systems.
3. Maintain care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
4. Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor.
5. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines.
6. Handle E-Commerce order flow to meet service levels.
7. Manage flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
8. Ensure boutique operations are efficient, managing non-merchandise supplies.
9. Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systems.
10. Collaborate with Local Facilities for maintenance and cleaning operations.
11. Identify and report security and health & safety hazards.
12. Handle in-store IT issues and escalate as needed.
13. Supervise corporate mobile usage in store.
14. Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product returns processes.
15. Manage gift flow and display/window objects system.
16. Handle Prada Group staff clothing allowance cases.
17. Ensure proper product protection and packaging for transfers and shipments.
18. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft.
19. Investigate system negatives promptly.
20. Manage product flow and documentation in IT systems.
21. Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories with Store Manager.
22. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
23. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
24. Maintain provider relationships.
25. Update and organize archives monthly.
26. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from management.
27. Supervise payment procedures and support sales staff.
28. Support administration activities such as petty cash and deposits.
