Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all operations procedures.
- Ensure efficient warehouse navigation and goods storage systems.
- Maintain care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines.
- Handle E-Commerce order flow to meet service levels.
- Manage flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
- Ensure boutique operations are efficient, managing non-merchandise supplies.
- Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systems.
- Collaborate with Local Facilities for maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Identify and report security and health & safety hazards.
- Handle in-store IT issues and escalate as needed.
- Supervise corporate mobile usage in store.
- Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product returns processes.
- Manage gift flow and display/window objects system.
- Handle Prada Group staff clothing allowance cases.
- Ensure proper product protection and packaging for transfers and shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft.
- Investigate system negatives promptly.
- Manage product flow and documentation in IT systems.
- Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories with Store Manager.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Maintain provider relationships.
- Update and organize archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from management.
- Supervise payment procedures and support sales staff.
- Support administration activities such as petty cash and deposits.

Experience Requirements
