1. Maintain commercial relationships with boutiques and ensure constant communication with buyers, back-office, sales teams, and visual merchandising.
2. Consolidate and monitor weekly sales figures for Dior Shop-in-Shop locations, ensuring alignment with visual merchandising standards and seasonal sales targets.
3. Coordinate with sales administration for delivery tracking, restocking, and invoicing.
4. Support the development of collection guidelines for Shop-in-Shop and multi-brand stores.
5. Participate in sales events with boutique buyers and assist in the buying process, ensuring qualitative and quantitative order tracking.
6. Prepare weekly sales reports and display analyses for Shop-in-Shop locations.
7. Develop training documents for women's and men's collections.
8. Create presentations for boutique visits and training sessions, including must-have items and buying mixes.
9. Conduct sell-through analysis and competitive market analysis, providing insights on market needs and feedback from sales points.
10. Coordinate with internal Dior departments, including sales administration, visual merchandising, business analysis, and event marketing.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management from a recognized institution.
2. Fluency in Italian, English, and French, both spoken and written.

4. Sensitivity to the luxury market.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal professional experience.
