2. Design and automate reports to monitor KPIs and critical retail initiatives.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain the database for competitive analysis.
4. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate sales associate-related information is shared for retail reports.
5. Communicate with store teams to understand the business and market landscape, driving revenue through analysis and action plans.
6. Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
7. Support the management of incentives for boutiques, collaborating on compensation strategies.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
2. Background in Retail, Planning, or Finance preferred.
