1. Implement water and biodiversity policies and act as a key reference for sustainable material sourcing projects.
2. Support industrial teams in the operational implementation of the European regulation against deforestation and forest degradation (EUDR) within the supply chain.
3. Monitor and contribute to securing the goal of 100% certified strategic materials by 2026, working closely with the Circular Economy division and various departments.
4. Regularly measure the Nature footprint of the Maison and ensure the application of policies, methodologies, and monitoring indicators related to water and biodiversity.
5. Support various departments and regions in implementing operational guidelines, particularly concerning water, regenerative agriculture, and animal welfare.
6. Coordinate the development of regenerative agriculture projects within the supply chain and manage relationships with local partners and NGOs.

1. Master's degree in Agronomy or a related field, ideally with a specialization in water and ecosystem preservation or sustainable supply chains.

1. Proven project management and implementation skills.
2. Expertise in European and international methodological frameworks (CSRD, SBTN, TNFD).
3. Familiarity with CDP Water and Forest questionnaires.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
6. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing contexts.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an NGO or a CSR/sustainable development department in the textile, luxury, or FMCG sector.

Master's degree in Agronomy or related field.
