1. Coordinate with the field Visual team for scheduling display installations, de-rigs, and repairs across the US and Canada.
2. Oversee and ensure the integrity of prop inventory at Dior's off-site storage facilities.
3. Collaborate with warehouses to coordinate shipments.
4. Maintain accurate tracking and cataloging of all shipments from Headquarters, including invoicing.
5. Ship and track visual samples to Paris.
6. Organize and log the use of VM RTW samples, including managing the VM prop and sample closet.
7. Maintain the Visual Merchandising Calendar.
8. Manage the Intranet by organizing data such as floor plans, contact lists, and store hours for all Dior locations.
9. Catalog and post photos of recent installations, including new store openings.
10. Create master PowerPoints for all locations to aid in the zoning of in-store displays.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet various business needs.
12. Work closely with the Senior VM Manager of NY Metro to prioritize tasks and adapt to urgent needs.

1. Full-time availability for a 12-month program.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in an administrative capacity.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to meet and prioritize fast-paced deadlines while being adaptable.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with the team.

A minimum of 6 months in an administrative role is required.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
