1. Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports for boutiques, HQ, Finance, and management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in client engagement and sales.
2. Proactively analyze boutique CRM system usage and data accuracy, developing strategies to improve client knowledge capture and data integrity.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of direct marketing tools and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing future initiatives.
4. Ensure the efficient distribution of marketing materials and gifts, tracking inventory and fulfillment to maximize impact.
5. Respond to boutique requests with timely and insightful analysis, supporting their efforts to enhance client relationships and achieve sales targets.
6. Track and analyze client attendance at in-store events, providing insights into event effectiveness and client preferences.
7. Engage in projects related to CRM activities, contributing analytical expertise to enhance client engagement strategies.
8. Undertake other analytical tasks as assigned within the marketing department.

1. Preferably 3 months to 1 year of prior CDM, Marketing and/or Analytical internship experience.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Passion for the luxury industry and the Christian Dior brand.

Beginner level experience in CDM, Marketing, or Analytical roles, preferably through internships.
