1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming environment and offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, cultivating relationships with both local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed knowledge and stories of the products.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively and to the benefit of the business.
6. Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
8. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, safeguarding the boutique's assets by adhering to operating procedures.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

2. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and computers.
4. Adaptability to manage time and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury consumer goods sector.
