1. Maintain visual standards with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to global directives for each retail location.
2. Address and resolve merchandising concerns as directed by the Vice President of Visual Merchandising.
3. Execute window and floor changes, including overnight transformations.
4. Re-merchandise in response to sell-through rates and new product launches.
5. Collaborate with boutique teams to uphold visual standards.
6. Upload store and project photographs to the internal visual merchandising application for corporate approval.
7. Contribute as a key team member during store openings and special events.
8. Oversee and manage the inventory of props.

1. 2-3 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and creative skills.
3. Ability to translate design trends into store windows and environments.
4. Capacity to communicate strategically across all organizational levels.
5. Strong follow-through skills.
6. Ability to develop and train store management teams, fostering relationships and effectively utilizing workforce skills.
7. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
9. Ability to travel as needed.
