Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Build and maintain a network of support with boutiques for visual merchandising efforts.
- Implement visual updates, including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and develop a system for display maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns to meet business needs.
- Solicit feedback from key in-store contributors through walkthroughs and meetings.
- Partner with the Retail Regional Manager to align on network needs.
- Maintain strong connections with Paris Image Team through communication and updates.
- Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all teams involved.
- Support other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings when needed.
- Partner with corporate and in-store VM Managers to reinforce best practices.
- Ensure compliance with travel budgets through strategic planning.
- Oversee and organize props inventory and needs.
- 5-7 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Self-starter with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and train store management teams.
- High level of skill in motivating and influencing others.
- Proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation direction.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.

Minimum 5 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
