Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Develop and maintain a network of support with boutiques to ensure visual merchandising efforts are collaborative, involving Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations.
- Implement visual updates, including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require overnight work.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and establish a system for display maintenance with attention to detail.
- Address merchandising concerns to align with business needs and corporate directives.
- Gather feedback from in-store contributors through walkthroughs, meetings, and regional conference calls.
- Collaborate with the Retail Regional Manager to align on network needs and functions.
- Maintain strong connections with the Paris Image Team through display photo submissions and updates.
- Ensure accountability by communicating schedules, guidelines, and future plans to all teams involved.
- Support other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings as needed.
- Partner with corporate and in-store VM Managers to reinforce best practices and enhance sales productivity.
- Manage travel budgets strategically for store visits.
- Oversee and organize props inventory and needs.
- 5-7 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Proven self-starter with excellent planning, organizational, and creative skills.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with a focus on follow-through.
- Ability to develop and train store management teams and build effective relationships.
- High-level skills in motivating and influencing others positively.
- Proven ability to interpret visual presentation direction and sales figures.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
