Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager, Men's Northeast

- Ensure visual brand standards are consistently upheld across the Northeast region with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage monthly rotations and new window displays in Northeast stores.
- Provide detailed feedback to the US Corporate Visual Merchandising team on in-store execution.
- Lead by example, demonstrating curiosity and passion in the field.
- Participate in store openings and special events as a key team member.
- Oversee and organize props inventory in collaboration with Regional Operations Managers and local Visual Merchandising teams.
- Manage Visual Merchandising execution across Men's stores in the Northeast, including Boston, Troy Somerset, and Chicago, with additional support to NYC-area stores.
- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to meet local visual requirements.
- Adapt displays based on store architecture and local business trends.
- Foster a vibrant Visual Merchandising community and uphold a culture of excellence through training and expertise dissemination.
- Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Display and Merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness with manual dexterity.
- Creative skillset focused on styling and in-store product display.
- Ability to translate global guidelines to local store environments.
- Strategic communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Adaptability, agility, and business focus with a deadline-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts in a diverse retail environment.
Minimum of 5 years in Visual Display and Merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or equivalent professional experience.
Salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
