Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager, Men's

- Ensure adherence to global visual brand standards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage monthly rotations and new window displays across designated stores.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to the US Corporate Visual Merchandising team on in-store execution.
- Lead by example, demonstrating curiosity and passion for the brand.
- Participate in store openings and special events as a key team member.
- Oversee and organize props inventory in collaboration with Regional Operations Managers and local VM teams.
- Manage visual merchandising execution across Men's stores in Bellagio, Las Vegas City Center, Scottsdale, and Aspen.
- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to meet local visual requirements.
- Adapt displays based on store architecture and local business trends.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence within the visual merchandising community.
- Train and disseminate visual merchandising expertise within the organization.
- Oversee execution of visual merchandising strategies through management of VM specialists.
- Support local VMs with seasonal product rotations and technical guidance.
- Coordinate regional visits with Retail and VM teams, ensuring professionalism and accountability.
- Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts in a diverse, fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness.
- Creative skillset with a focus on styling and in-store product presentation.
- Ability to translate global guidelines to local store contexts.
- Strategic communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Adaptability and business focus with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
Minimum 5 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
