- Uphold visual brand standards according to global directives with attention to detail.
- Manage monthly rotations and new window displays in Central stores.
- Provide feedback to the US Corporate VM team on in-store execution.
- Participate in store openings and special events.
- Oversee and organize props inventory with Regional Operations Managers and local VM teams.
- Manage VM execution across Central-area Men's stores including Bellagio, LV City Center, Scottsdale, and Aspen.
- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to meet local visual requirements.
- Adapt displays based on store requirements and architecture.
- Foster a vibrant VM community and uphold VM culture through training.
- Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Display and Merchandising in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong visual/spatial awareness and manual skills.
- Creative skillset focused on styling and in-store product presentation.
- Ability to translate global guidelines to local store windows.
- Strategic communication skills across all levels.
- Adaptable, agile, business-focused, and deadline-oriented.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
Minimum 5 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or similar business-related arts, or demonstrated professional equivalent.
