1. Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales and uphold the brand image.
2. Lead a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.
3. Coordinate and manage seasonal collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, including overnight and weekend installations.
4. Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and excellence, ensuring meticulous display maintenance and accountability.
5. Conduct walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings to address merchandising concerns and align with business needs.
6. Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all involved teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Maintain close partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
8. Oversee the handling, care, and organization of props, ensuring inventory is up-to-date.

1. Minimum of 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Proven ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism.
3. Strong understanding of the Dior brand image and ability to uphold company policies and procedures.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment is required.

Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
