- Manage the visual merchandising strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan, communicate, and execute seasonal collection launches.
- Lead a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists, fostering their career development.
- Build and maintain a support network for visual merchandising efforts, including installations, rotations, and maintenance.
- Coordinate visual efforts such as collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require work during overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and excellence, developing systems for display maintenance with attention to detail and accountability.
- Participate in morning meetings and walkthroughs to address merchandising concerns and align with business needs.
- Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all involved teams, ensuring accountability and trust with boutique and corporate partners.
- Develop partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
- Ensure diligent handling, care, and organization of props, maintaining an up-to-date inventory.
- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in developing and training teams, and maintaining professionalism.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.

Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
