1. Implement and maintain the visual merchandising (VM) of the boutique daily, collaborating with retail teams during window changes, display rotations, and collection launches, following VM Central guidelines.
2. Prepare products in advance of installations, coordinating with department heads to highlight new arrivals.
3. Develop zoning plans in accordance with boutique allocations, VM Central guidelines, and zone manager directives.
4. Educate and train retail teams on VM guidelines to ensure brand image and identity, participating in daily briefs to prepare for future collection setups.
5. Maintain constant communication with department managers to relay VM information and understand strategic and commercial needs.
6. Support commercial activities through display adjustments, working with the purchasing team and department heads.
7. Organize and inventory store props, managing both in-store and external stock, and alert zone manager to any needs or shortages.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, Bachelor or Master in Marketing and Communication, or a business school with an interest in fashion and luxury.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
