1. Ensure consistent and compelling visual merchandising presentations in the boutique.
2. Collaborate with the store team to implement visual merchandising strategies, provide training, and maintain brand standards.
3. Understand and support the implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines at department and boutique levels.
4. Ensure that products are on-site for animation installations.
5. Serve as a link between the VM team and the Sales Associates, sharing all important information with the SA team.
6. Assist in the storage and maintenance of in-store VM props.
7. Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
8. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times.
9. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, including offering best-in-class service.
10. Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
11. Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through the details and stories of our products.
12. Collaborate with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.

1. 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment.

1. Capable of working autonomously with a passion for details, creativity, fashion, and the Maison.
2. Organizational talent with strong communication skills and agile mindset.
3. Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with the management team.
4. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in German and English, another language is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail or hospitality environment is required, demonstrating a strong capability in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
