- Ensure consistent and compelling visual merchandising presentations in the boutique.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement visual merchandising strategies, provide training, and maintain brand standards.
- Understand and support the implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines at department and boutique levels.
- Ensure that products are on-site for animation installations.
- Serve as a link between the VM team and the Sales Associates, sharing all important information with the SA team.
- Assist in the storage and maintenance of in-store VM props.
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times.
- Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, including offering best-in-class service.
- Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through the details and stories of our products.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment.
- Capable of working autonomously with a passion for details, creativity, fashion, and the Maison.
- Organizational talent with strong communication skills and agile mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with the management team.
- Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English, another language is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail or hospitality environment is required, demonstrating a strong capability in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
