1. Implement visual merchandising strategy at the boutique level in accordance with Maison's guidelines.
2. Create and maintain visually appealing displays and photo reports aligned with boutique layout and product offerings.
3. Coordinate and execute boutique events.
4. Plan and manage layout and look selection based on boutique allocation.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with area VM manager and boutique manager regarding priorities and updates.
6. Communicate key priorities and display strategies to the boutique team.
7. Independently adapt product displays to meet boutique needs.
8. Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of props and display materials.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for fashion and the Maison.
3. Strong organizational talent with excellent communication skills and an agile mindset.
4. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
