1. Assist the Real Estate team in negotiating and drafting leases, letters of intent, and other related documents for various asset types including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction-related legal processes, including contract negotiation and drafting for architects, project managers, and contractors.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease agreements.
4. Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Collaborate with various departments within the Legal Directorate to ensure comprehensive legal support.
7. Identify and address significant legal issues, providing clear, practical, and business-oriented solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Admission Certificate).
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Excellent drafting skills.
3. Strong reactivity and attention to detail.
4. Curiosity and adaptability.
5. Ability to convey legal concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Entry-level experience in a legal setting, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.

Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Admission Certificate).
