Christian Dior Treasury Reporting and Data Manager

- Supervise monthly cash reporting, ensuring reliability and coherence with key analysis and alerts, in alignment with Group requirements for Net Debt, Free Cash-Flow, and financial expenses.
- Collaborate with Consolidation and Controlling departments to ensure consistency with Indirect Cash-Flow and exceptional operations assumptions.
- Define, implement, and monitor the Group's foreign exchange risk budgets in collaboration with Controlling teams, subsidiaries, Supply Chain, and LVMH Treasury teams.
- Train and support local financial teams in these processes.
- Develop standardized cash modeling tools to enhance forecasting and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of rolling 3-month cash-flow forecasts and quarterly/annual landings, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Analyze cash-flow trends with regions/countries, identifying potential risks/opportunities.
- Collaborate with country teams to refine budget assumptions and forecasts, identifying opportunities for Working Capital Requirement improvement.
- Design and disseminate weekly and monthly reports to manage payment performance and control fraud globally.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends and anomalies, and formulate improvement recommendations in collaboration with the Payment & Fraud team.
- Degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, management control, consolidation, or treasury in an international context.
- Proven analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of treasury and management control principles.
- Autonomy, open-mindedness, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong affinity for financial information systems and ability to collaborate with IT teams to optimize reporting tools.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
A confirmed experience of 5 to 6 years in audit, management control, consolidation, or treasury within an international environment is required.
Degree in Finance or related field.
