1. Manage daily B2B transport operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, in collaboration with sales administration and transport providers.
2. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) by monitoring transport plans and delivery schedules, prioritizing urgent and critical issues.
3. Act as a liaison between logistics sites, clients, and service providers to address transport-related challenges, such as capacity issues and shipment discrepancies.
4. Track service performance indicators, including KPIs and CO2 emissions, and participate in quarterly performance reviews with service providers.
5. Verify the central database of customs codes and conduct consistency checks.
6. Monitor customs declarations for exports, including documentation control and customs instructions.
7. Support the team with administrative tasks related to import dossiers and transport organization.

1. Enrollment in a school or university with a focus on Transport, International Logistics, or Supply Chain (e.g., AFTRAL, ISTELI).
2. Fluency in English is essential.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems such as M3 and WMS like REFLEX.
2. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
3. Proactive approach and strong stress management capabilities.
4. Commitment to working in a demanding environment with a focus on client service and teamwork.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
