Christian Dior Training Intern

- Support regional training activities by managing registration processes and providing logistical support for training events.
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies for training event animation.
- Assist trainers with tracking and monitoring training tools and resources, and manage the inventory of these tools.
- Oversee the monitoring and tracking of e-learning training completion rates within the region.
- Contribute to the engagement of the E-learning Ambassador community and propose innovative communication approaches for e-learning initiatives.
- Assist in the monitoring of the training budget and tracking of invoices.
- Establish and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities specific to the region.
- Support the animation and monitoring of Client Experience performance scores.
- Manage the creation and distribution of the Monthly Internal News-Letter, highlighting training and business priorities.
- Currently in at least the 3rd semester of a Business School or University program.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in sales or training within the luxury field is advantageous but not required.
Currently enrolled in a Business School or University program.
