Christian Dior Temporary Executive Assistant

- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Oversee the executive's office operations, including managing supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global industrial or corporate environment or equivalent experience in the Luxury Hospitality sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex and fast-paced situations.
- High level of professional standing and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global industrial or corporate environment or equivalent experience in the Luxury Hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
