3. Oversee the technical construction of watch casings and related tools and fixtures.
4. Conduct patent analysis and research.
5. Create and enhance administrative support materials.
6. Administer a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and update technical documentation.

1. Engineering or Technical degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
3. Essential experience in watch casing construction.
4. Proficiency in manufacturing techniques for various watch components.

2. Strong stress management capabilities.
3. High interest in innovation.
4. Technical and aesthetic proposal skills.
5. Native French speaker with B1 level English proficiency.

A minimum of 3 years in a management role, with essential experience in watch casing construction.

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
