Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to make clients feel welcomed.
- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
- Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
- Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs and developing action plans based on them.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry as well as the retail environment, commercial mindset, and business-driven thinking.
- Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.
