- Analyze and review the tax implications of group company operations in France and internationally.
- Conduct tax monitoring and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Review tax clauses in contracts to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Draft transfer pricing documentation for submission to tax authorities in various countries.
- Monitor subsidiary tax obligations and manage tax audits and disputes.
- Analyze VAT flows to optimize tax efficiency.
- Enrolled in a legal training program with a focus on tax law.
- Holder of the CRFPA, preparing for the CAPA.
- Proficient in international taxation.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate tax department, focusing on corporate taxation, is preferred.
