- Enhance the employee experience by mapping and improving each stage of the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and departure.
- Implement initiatives to promote workplace well-being, quality of life, and employee engagement.
- Measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback collection.
- Create a positive and motivating corporate culture.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps, focusing on performance management and retail career paths.
- Implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with regional goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Promote and implement impactful CSR initiatives across Europe, including DE&I, gender equality, and community engagement.
- Raise awareness and train employees on CSR issues, coordinating monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and deploy the region's internal communications strategy, overseeing content creation for various channels.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and propose improvements.
- Define and promote the region's employer brand, developing communication activities to attract top talent.
- Maintain an active presence on professional social networks and recruitment events.
- Proven HR experience of 10-15 years, ideally in a retail and international environment.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Project management across diverse work environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital education methods.
- Leadership and influence capabilities with a focus on collaboration.
- Innovative thinking with practical execution.
- Data-driven decision-making.
A minimum of 10 years in HR, with experience as an HR Generalist and ideally in a specialized HR role such as learning, talent engagement, or CSR.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business.
