Christian Dior Sustainability Reporting Project Manager

- Implement the sustainability reporting strategy in alignment with Group objectives and luxury industry best practices.
- Support and train contributors in the non-financial reporting campaign.
- Participate in the collection, verification, and analysis of ESG data from various internal and external sources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for non-financial reporting, including CSRD.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to sustainability issues and propose recommendations to enhance company performance.
- Collaborate with IT to implement future projects for automating non-financial KPIs, acting as a key partner to support these functions.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, communication, operations, etc.) to integrate sustainability and transparency considerations into business activities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in non-financial reporting.
- Continue the implementation of processes for publishing green taxonomy indicators with support teams across different business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Business School with a specialization in sustainable development or environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an RSE department or audit/consulting firm.
- Expertise in non-financial reporting and familiarity with data collection, indicator consolidation, and sustainable performance management.
- Strong organizational skills and proven project management abilities.
- Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Teamwork, open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong motivation for environmental protection topics.
- Adaptability to changing contexts.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Business School with a specialization in sustainable development or environment.
