- Disseminate and share LVMH Group objectives with the entire Jewelry Business Unit.
- Participate in the collection, verification, and analysis of ESG data from various internal and external sources.
- Support manufacturing sites in environmental monitoring and improvement plans.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials in accordance with LVMH Group standards and current regulations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for non-financial reporting, packaging, or sustainable sourcing.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and determine essential requirements for Jewelry activities.
- Oversee the RJC certification process for Dior and its suppliers.
- Implement and monitor the decarbonization plan specific to Jewelry activities.
- Regularly measure the Nature and Carbon footprint of Jewelry activities.
- Coordinate the development of sustainable sourcing projects for precious materials.
- Regularly participate in working groups with the Group and other LVMH Maisons.
- Degree in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in sustainability or environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a sustainability/RSE department in the jewelry and luxury sector or in an audit/consulting firm.
- Strong organizational skills with a project-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage uncertainties and associated risks.
- Proactive in proposing new ideas and facilitating change.
- Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration ability.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel).
- Open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong motivation for environmental protection topics.
- Adaptability to changing contexts.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a sustainability or RSE department in the jewelry and luxury sector, or in an audit/consulting firm.
Master's degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on sustainability or environment.
