1. Disseminate and share LVMH Group objectives with the entire Jewelry Business Unit.
2. Participate in the collection, verification, and analysis of ESG data from various internal and external sources.
3. Support manufacturing sites in environmental monitoring and improvement plans.
4. Ensure traceability of raw materials in accordance with LVMH Group standards and current regulations.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for non-financial reporting, packaging, or sustainable sourcing.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and determine essential requirements for Jewelry activities.
7. Oversee the RJC certification process for Dior and its suppliers.
8. Implement and monitor the decarbonization plan specific to Jewelry activities.
9. Regularly measure the Nature and Carbon footprint of Jewelry activities.
10. Coordinate the development of sustainable sourcing projects for precious materials.
11. Regularly participate in working groups with the Group and other LVMH Maisons.

1. Degree in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in sustainability or environment.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a sustainability/RSE department in the jewelry and luxury sector or in an audit/consulting firm.

2. Ability to manage uncertainties and associated risks.
3. Proactive in proposing new ideas and facilitating change.
4. Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration ability.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel).
8. Open-mindedness, curiosity, and strong motivation for environmental protection topics.
9. Adaptability to changing contexts.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a sustainability or RSE department in the jewelry and luxury sector, or in an audit/consulting firm.

Master's degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on sustainability or environment.
