1. Manage central distribution parameters including target stocks and allocation via push orders, and handle ad-hoc stock visibility requests across regions such as EMEA, Pacific Asia, China, Japan, and the Americas.
2. Optimize stock levels in boutiques and the central warehouse.
3. Provide weekly and monthly reports on global stock status, highlighting potential stock shortages or surpluses.
4. Oversee replenishment from central stock to buffer zones for Perfumes and directly to boutiques for Baby Dior.
5. Ensure stock availability for collection launches and events, and manage the collection shipment plan for Baby Dior.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, retail performance, customer service, warehouse, production, IT, and local supply teams.
7. Lead inter-zone transfers based on performance to maximize results.
8. Manage end-of-collection and end-of-life products.
9. Support IT team in improving and optimizing existing tools.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, both upstream and downstream.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.

1. Excellent proficiency in Excel, with a preference for experience in PowerBi and Anaplan.
2. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
3. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management within the luxury sector is required.
