- Manage central distribution parameters including target stocks and allocation via push orders, and handle ad-hoc stock visibility requests across regions such as EMEA, Pacific Asia, China, Japan, and the Americas.
- Optimize stock levels in boutiques and the central warehouse.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on global stock status, highlighting potential stock shortages or surpluses.
- Oversee replenishment from central stock to buffer zones for Perfumes and directly to boutiques for Baby Dior.
- Ensure stock availability for collection launches and events, and manage the collection shipment plan for Baby Dior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, retail performance, customer service, warehouse, production, IT, and local supply teams.
- Lead inter-zone transfers based on performance to maximize results.
- Manage end-of-collection and end-of-life products.
- Support IT team in improving and optimizing existing tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, both upstream and downstream.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, with a preference for experience in PowerBi and Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
