Christian Dior Omnichannel Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

- Oversee the deployment of the Omnistock model by integrating new processes and tools such as OMS, SAP, Anaplan, REFLEX, and CEGID across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Lead project management by defining functional scopes and setting clear objectives.
- Ensure project timelines are met by developing comprehensive project plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks through the development of preventive and corrective action plans.
- Facilitate project and steering committees to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses of the Omnistock model with Digital, Retail, and IT teams, considering order, geographical, and product specificities.
- Support change management by optimizing organization, processes, tools, and skills necessary for project success.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and existing reports.
- Participate in defining and creating new indicators to assess solution effectiveness.
- Develop user guides to facilitate onboarding and team training on model performance.
- Explore the integration of new services such as OFS and Pre-sales.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement for enhanced performance and optimization.
- Degree from an engineering or business school.
- 5 to 8 years of successful project management experience in Supply Chain.
- Strong ability to manage complex and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in challenging existing processes and proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent coordination skills among various stakeholders to ensure process and tool excellence.
- Rigor, dynamism, and initiative with the ability to unite teams around common goals.
- Strong interest in IT topics and proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and OMS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in English with the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Minimum of 5 years in project management within the Supply Chain sector, with a proven track record of handling complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Degree from an engineering or business school.
