Responsibilities
- Supervise the deployment of the Omnistock model by integrating new processes and tools (OMS, SAP, Anaplan, REFLEX, CEGID) across EMEA, APAC, and AMERICAS regions.
- Manage project scope and set clear objectives.
- Ensure project planning within defined timelines and produce project plans to achieve results.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks by developing preventive and corrective action plans.
- Lead project and steering committees to monitor progress and challenges.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses of the Omnistock model with Digital, Retail, and IT teams, considering order, geography, and product specifics.
- Support change management in affected areas by optimizing organization, processes, tools, and skills necessary for project success.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and existing reports.
- Participate in defining and creating new indicators to evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Formalize user guides to facilitate onboarding and training on model performance.
- Study the integration of new services, such as OFS and Pre-sales.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement for better performance and optimization.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school.
- 5 to 8 years of successful project management experience in Supply Chain.
- Strong ability to manage complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Skills
- Ability to challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent coordination skills among different stakeholders to ensure process and tool excellence.
- Rigorous, dynamic, and proactive with the ability to unite teams around common goals.
- Strong interest in IT topics and proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and OMS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and capable of working in an international and multicultural environment.
