Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

1. Supervise the deployment of the Omnistock model by integrating new processes and tools (OMS, SAP, Anaplan, REFLEX, CEGID) across EMEA, APAC, and AMERICAS regions.
2. Manage project scope and set clear objectives.
3. Ensure project planning within defined timelines and produce project plans to achieve results.
4. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks by developing preventive and corrective action plans.
5. Lead project and steering committees to monitor progress and challenges.
6. Conduct fit-gap analyses of the Omnistock model with Digital, Retail, and IT teams, considering order, geography, and product specifics.
7. Support change management in affected areas by optimizing organization, processes, tools, and skills necessary for project success.
8. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and existing reports.
9. Participate in defining and creating new indicators to evaluate solution effectiveness.
10. Formalize user guides to facilitate onboarding and training on model performance.
11. Study the integration of new services, such as OFS and Pre-sales.
12. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement for better performance and optimization.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school.
2. 5 to 8 years of successful project management experience in Supply Chain.
3. Strong ability to manage complex and cross-functional initiatives.

1. Ability to challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
2. Excellent coordination skills among different stakeholders to ensure process and tool excellence.
3. Rigorous, dynamic, and proactive with the ability to unite teams around common goals.
4. Strong interest in IT topics and proficiency in project management tools.
5. Knowledge of agile methodology and OMS systems is a plus.
6. Bilingual in English and capable of working in an international and multicultural environment.
