1. Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse, suppliers, and market zones.
2. Conduct monthly calculations and initiate production of permanent restocks.
3. Prepare and manage monthly production launches.
4. Assess permanent needs of zones and allocate available stock weekly.
5. Manage in-store availability.
6. Monitor production with the industrial team and adjust delivery plans according to retail priorities.
7. Follow up with suppliers.
8. Control stock coverage, analyze monthly stock landings, and develop action plans with financial control.
9. Provide weekly and monthly sales and stock reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
10. Participate in projects to improve allocation tools and monthly needs calculations.

1. Specialization in Supply Chain from an engineering or business school.
2. First experience in a related field.

2. Proficient in handling and analyzing large amounts of numerical data.
3. Strong analytical skills to verify data consistency.
4. Proactive, dynamic, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Understanding of luxury products and industry.
6. Proficient in Excel, Access, and VBA.
7. Fluent in French and English.
