1. Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers for subcontracting and materials.
2. Collaborate with subcontractors to define capacities and pricing, develop production know-how, and plan workload and order allocation for each collection.
3. Procure all manufacturing materials.
4. Work closely with suppliers to continuously improve pricing, quality, and delivery times while identifying potential risks.
5. Lead contract negotiations.
6. Participate in the pricing process.
7. Prepare relevant KPIs.
8. Collaborate closely with development, production planning, and quality departments to identify risks, ensure early procurement planning, improve delivery capabilities, and maintain quality standards.
9. Create presentations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

1. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role is required.
