Christian Dior HR Controlling Manager

1. Develop and implement an annual payroll and headcount management calendar in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
2. Support headquarters teams in recruitment management and monitoring of staff movements.
3. Assist regions in tracking headcount against budgets, including temporary staff oversight.
4. Propose staffing adjustments to regions as necessary.
5. Present data consolidations and insights to the Global HR Director.
6. Participate in the preparation of the annual report.
7. Consolidate and monitor the HR General Expenses budget.
8. Validate purchase requests and define a simplified governance for the approval process.
9. Establish governance for invoice validation circuits.
10. Respond to specific data requests from the Global Directorate.
11. Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize data quality and develop appropriate tools.
12. Provide strategic insights for Compensation & Benefits policy for the headquarters.
13. Review and propose annual salary grids for entry-level executives and interns.
14. Prepare C&B packages for headquarters staff, excluding Directors, Studios, and Workshops.
15. Ensure compliance with rules regarding benefits in kind.
16. Deploy CDC and LVMH C&B processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
17. Benchmark the competitiveness of C&B contracts at headquarters.
18. Provide C&B expertise to the headquarters HR Director and team.
19. Evaluate positions using the Group's mapping method annually.
20. Contribute to defining salary bands for France in collaboration with European teams.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including HR management control and ideally compensation experience.

1. Expert proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
2. Strong affinity for HR information systems.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Meticulousness and autonomy, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
5. Aptitude for numerical data and precision in data handling.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Analytical and synthesis skills for processing numerical data and creating comprehensible and relevant reports.

Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including HR management control and ideally compensation experience.
