1. Ensure smooth retail operations to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
2. Oversee inventory management, operational efficiency, and care services.
3. Ensure store compliance with policies and processes, driving operational excellence through audits and action plans.
4. Supervise and manage tasks related to shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and overall inventory management.
5. Collaborate with boutique and department managers for stock replenishment and propose operational improvements.
6. Foster teamwork within the back of house and promote cross-boutique collaboration.
7. Lead the operations team, providing feedback, coaching, and supporting staff development.
8. Manage cashiering functions, till reconciliation, and daily closing processes.
9. Monitor and control boutique expenses, including petty cash and P&L analysis.
10. Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and oversee new hire onboarding and staff training.
11. Lead back-office tool roll-outs and assist with retail project implementations.

1. At least 5 years of experience in an operational role, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in an operational role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity, is required.
