Christian Dior Store Operations Manager

- Ensure smooth retail operations to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
- Oversee inventory management, operational efficiency, and care services.
- Ensure store compliance with policies and processes, driving operational excellence through audits and action plans.
- Supervise and manage tasks related to shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and overall inventory management.
- Collaborate with boutique and department managers for stock replenishment and propose operational improvements.
- Foster teamwork within the back of house and promote cross-boutique collaboration.
- Lead the operations team, providing feedback, coaching, and supporting staff development.
- Manage cashiering functions, till reconciliation, and daily closing processes.
- Monitor and control boutique expenses, including petty cash and P&L analysis.
- Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and oversee new hire onboarding and staff training.
- Lead back-office tool roll-outs and assist with retail project implementations.
- At least 5 years of experience in an operational role, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Solution-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years in an operational role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity, is required.
