1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment in the boutique.
2. Assist the stock team with daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes, and packaging.
3. Provide efficient service to sales staff by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
4. Ensure sufficient product availability on the shop floor and support stock transfers between stores as needed.
5. Assist in the delivery of products, verifying the condition and quantity of deliveries.
6. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.

2. Client-oriented approach with a solutions-oriented attitude and a positive mindset.
3. High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
