- Serve as the primary reference for stock management, including reception, transfer, destocking, end-of-life processes, loans, reservations, sale preparations, and managing negative stock.
- Conduct regular inventory counts according to the defined schedule.
- Ensure the proper implementation of internal control processes across all retail teams.
- Assist the retail team with operational needs such as stock organization, and ordering packaging, supplies, and various materials.
- Manage labeling of items, particularly during price changes.
- Oversee after-sales service tracking.
- Possess knowledge of police book management rules for jewelry and watchmaking, assisting sales teams in this area.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Dynamic with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Excellent presentation and a keen interest in the luxury sector.
- Highly reactive, meticulous, and organized.
- Proficient in stock management software.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
