1. Provide efficient support to sales staff by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensure product availability on the shop floor and manage stock transfers between stores as needed.
3. Verify the receipt of returned products and manage after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery process by checking the condition and quantity of deliveries.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and stored correctly in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.

1. Experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Good understanding of stock and supply chain processes.
3. Strong drive for achieving business results with a passion for fashion and creativity.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level experience in retail or hospitality is required.
