Christian Dior Stock Associate

1. Provide efficient service to all sales staff, including preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor and perform stock transfers between stores when needed.
3. Check the receipt of products returned by customers and handle after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery of products, verifying the condition and quantity of deliveries.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.

1. Experience in retail or hospitality environment.
2. Good knowledge of stock/supply chain processes.

1. Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
2. Strong team skills, empathy, and agile mindset.
3. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.

Entry-level position.
