- Contribute to content creation, communications, and development projects.
- Monitor and support mobility pathways for young talent populations.
- Enhance the employee journey and engagement touchpoints.
- Perform data analysis of talent pools to generate actionable insights for development strategies.
- Maintain and update mobility trackers to facilitate career discussions and support succession planning.
- Coordinate Europe performance evaluation campaigns in partnership with local HR teams.
- Support the deployment of Europe engagement initiatives, including post-survey action plans.
- Communicate regularly via newsletters to promote retail career opportunities and highlight HR initiatives.
- Serve as the point of contact for countries in scope, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Support the rollout of programs and initiatives across multiple markets.
- Master’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Initial experience in communication, learning, or project management.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Engaged, positive, resilient, and results-oriented.
