1. Provide efficient service to all sales staff, including product preparation and stock availability advice.
2. Ensure sufficient product availability on the shop floor and manage stock transfers between stores as needed.
3. Check the receipt of products returned by customers and handle after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery of products, verifying the condition and quantity of deliveries.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.

1. 2+ years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Good knowledge of stock and supply chain processes.
3. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
