1. Provide efficient service to sales staff by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensure sufficient product availability on the shop floor and perform stock transfers between stores as needed.
3. Check the receipt of products returned by customers and handle after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery of products, verifying their condition and quantity.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.

1. Experience in retail or hospitality.
2. Good knowledge of stock and supply chain processes.
3. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level experience in retail or hospitality is required.
