Christian Dior Stock and Sales Associate

1. Provide efficient service to all sales staff by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor and perform stock transfers between stores when needed.
3. Check the receipt of products returned by customers and handle after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery of products and verify the condition and quantity of deliveries.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.
7. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.

1. Experience in retail or hospitality
2. Good knowledge of stock/supply chain processes
3. Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus
