1. Participate in the development of product briefs for the studio.
2. Collaborate closely on weekly development follow-ups with suppliers.
3. Stay informed about competitors and analyze relevant information.
4. Draft, consolidate, and coordinate product descriptions for e-commerce and lookbooks.
5. Manage product shootings.
6. Follow up on press and VIP orders.
7. Contribute to the creation of training materials for various projects.
8. Coordinate and liaise with different suppliers.
9. Assist in developing quality guides for suppliers.
10. Prepare ATA notebooks for collection shipments.
11. Manage prototypes in collaboration with various departments.
12. Prepare weekly sell-out analyses and implement recommendations and action plans.
13. Develop a reference file for artist personal orders.
14. Place orders with the ADV department and verify them.
15. Monitor deliveries to artists.

1. Internship during gap year or end of studies.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent English proficiency; Italian is a plus.
3. Strong numerical logic.
4. Teamwork skills.
5. Strong organizational abilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
8. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level position.
