1. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the spa in accordance with established standards.
2. Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies, and amenities, and notify management when inventory is low.
3. Exhibit professionalism and courtesy towards guests at all times.
4. Clean and maintain all spa areas, including back-of-house facilities.
5. Assist therapists with setup and breakdown for treatments.
6. Address guest needs promptly and efficiently.
7. Support all areas of spa operations as directed by management.
8. Communicate any guest experience details requiring attention to management.
9. Report equipment issues to management.
10. Adhere to the spa's operating procedures.

1. Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
2. Highly responsible and reliable.
3. Strong focus on guest needs with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Beginner level experience in spa or hospitality is preferred.

The position offers a salary range of $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for variable incentives, contingent upon relevant skills and experience.
